More boards than you could skate in your life.

Mueller showed me around the giant place. If I was a hat dude I'd be stoked with all the New Era freshness in the air.

A random box had some old Lakai's, not sure if tese ever got made or not. Andy wasn't sure either. New shoe smell has been proven to kill brain cells, so all you sneaker heads stop huffing your Nikes.

Shoe design sure has changed over the years.

While looking around I spotted this stash of Wild Things and Beauty and the Beast decks.

The park's sound system.

Eric Anthony and Jeron Wilson. First time I saw Jeron skate was when he was on Real, he did a switch 360flip off the 3 stair at Embarcadero. Someone shot a sequence that was used for his first ad. My friend and I who were there that day tripped out because you could see my friend in the background.

Mr. W.

Jeremy Carnahan from the Art Dump.

I didn't bring any flashes with me so this ended up being the best skate shot of the day. Not the best but Justin Eldridge is sick to see skate in person, switch feeble to frontside bigspin out.

Nice one.

After Girl I headed up to Echo Park to stay at a friend's house. LA downtown via the highway.

Edith Abeyta is a great artist and has a cool collection of work on her walls. I believe this one is a self-portrait done by her brother Rob Abeyta.

One of Edith's creations/quilts.

One of Jenkins' creations.

The next morning I stopped by Stereo unannounced to say hi. I'm stoked/honored that they had one of my artist series decks in the entry room.

Plans for the set of the Stereo Sound Agency MTV show that didn't materialize .

Some of the older decks from post '03 Stereo. Artists include Ian Johnson, Chris Miller, Brian Lotti, Sage Vaughn, Clint Peterson, Jason Lee and Chris Pastras.

Old Pastras art on a napkin, I think. Proving that inspiration can come at any moment.

More stuff on the walls.

More wooden radness.

Bryan Lint, the man behind the day to day at Stereo. Thanks for the hard work man.

Nothing but the wind out in the Central California Valley.

USA, empire in the ecconomic and popular culture form.
